This major and unique event in the IHO calendar was originally scheduled to take place with a large number of guests from around the globe, but now due to the ongoing pandemic the IHO have made the decision to hold a hybrid event at the IHO headquarters in the presence of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco. Our message of congratulations will be broadcast during the afternoon.
